In the fall of 2024, Nicole transitioned from reporter to night editor. She is one of the team leaders of the Today desk. Previously, she worked as a business reporter covering beats like the retail industry and commercial real estate. In 2022, she and Jeffrey Meitrodt were named Pulitzer Prize investigative reporting finalists for their "Unsettled" series. She is originally from the East Coast, but Nicole and her family now call the East Side of St. Paul home. She enjoys craft beer, Korean dramas and camping. She is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
